Our staff is at your service for any type of assistance before, after and during your trip: suggestions on the most adeguate vessel, assistance in planning the group welcoming at the boarding area, support with the booking process, and coordinating with agencies and tour operators. Our team is made up entirely of Venetians, in order to offer you the best and most authentic travel experience in Venice. Our operators – thanks to almost half a century of tradition – are true experts in navigating the Venetian lagoon.
Next to our customer service office there is a private drop off/pick up area for grand touring buses, which is directly connected to the jetties where our motorboats and water taxis are docked.
Thanks to this practical solution all passenger boarding and disembarking operations take place inside a secure area overseen by the ground staff of Ducale.
Our fleet relies on a selection of boarding and docking areas positioned in strategic locations of the lagoon. Besides our main terminal at Tronchetto, the jetties available to our grand touring motorboats and motorships are located also at Punta San Giuliano, Lido (Santa Maria Elisabetta) and Chioggia. From these locations the Ducale fleet can connect to all of the islands of the Venetian Lagoon including areas along the Grand Canal (accessible only by water taxi).
All of our vessels can count on the assistance of a shipyard in which a team of specialized experts takes care of all of the operations for boat maintenance and storage.
